Arctic Edge Group operates this website. The company provides AI advisory, evaluation, and implementation services for small and mid-sized businesses.

Inquiry forms

The contact page has two forms. A business inquiry asks for your name, company, business email, and message, and may include a website, company size, the kind of improvement you want, and current tools. A vendor inquiry asks for your name, company, business email, product, website, reason for contacting, and message, and may include a product category.

Those details are used to reply and to understand the request. They are not sold.

Email delivery

A completed inquiry is emailed to Arctic Edge Group through Resend, an email delivery service. The message includes the fields you submitted and the address you gave, so a reply can be sent to you. If email delivery is not configured, the form reports that and does not claim the message was sent.

Spam checks

Before an email is sent, the form asks Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the submission is not an obvious automated request. That check sends a verification token to Cloudflare. The form also includes a hidden field that people are not asked to fill. A submission that fills it is discarded and is not emailed.

Analytics

If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for this deployment, the site loads Google Analytics and records page views. It also records two events after a successful send: a business inquiry and a vendor inquiry. If that ID is not configured, the analytics script is not loaded.

Hosting logs

The host that serves the site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and operations.

Use the contact form to ask about information you have already sent. This page does not publish a separate email address or phone number.
