Welcome to Artic Edge Group. By accessing or using our website and B2B SaaS Integration Consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Artic Edge Group provides professional consulting, implementation, and technical services for integrating various Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, automating business processes, and streamlining enterprise workflows.
2. Third-Party CRM Integrations
Our consulting services frequently involve the setup, configuration, and integration of third-party CRM platforms and other enterprise software ecosystems. We do not own, control, or operate these third-party services. The client assumes full responsibility for compliance with the terms and conditions, data limits, and subscription fees of any third-party software vendors they choose to integrate.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artic Edge Group and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) system downtime or data loss arising from third-party APIs; or (d) any conduct or content of any third party on the services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific consulting services provided in the preceding 12 months.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary API access credentials, secure administrative access, and timely feedback required for the successful completion of integration projects.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artic Edge Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
